Woke up yesterday with what felt like the beginnings of a cold in some light congestion. And yup, as the day wore on it was confirmed in an increasing fog of lethargy - not allergies. This. Cannot. Be. I mean, it'll take a lot to keep me from running the marathon this Sunday. I would just prefer to do it under more optimum conditions. So, I'm coming at it with rest, fluids, "Wal-borne", and noodle soup from Urban Belly. The last two things may or may not have any real effect. But they probably won't hurt, and the latter is damn tasty.

NO WAY! All I can say is that I bet you can turn this adversity to your advantage- you'll run harder and faster than ever!
I'm tentatively declaring that I feel better already today...
Also, I hope you're right Nikkos!
OOOH NOOOO MR. ANDY! Shall I bring you a supply of Red Bull Sunday morning?
I believe in you dude! You made it this far!
Go Crowe Go!
Look look! See Andy run. See Andy's nose run!
BTW< the only part of running races that has ever appealed to me is the loading up on carbs the night before. Now that's my idea of fun.
Best of luck. My daughter says the Chicago Marathon was still her favorite race. I"ve got a feeling we'll see a photo or two of you plowing across the finish line. :)
